Being a single mum, only working part time, Jackie couldn’t afford a new mortgage so was going to be forced to sell her home and start looking for somewhere else to live.

Only one month after talking to House Express Jackie was able to sell the house to us and rent it back. This meant that she could not only pay her husband’s share to him but she had enough cash left over to clear her catalogues and credit cards and buy a small car. She even had enough left to start a savings account with a £1,500 opening deposit.

Although Jackie still relies on help from the council and the Benefits Agency she hopes to begin full time work when her son starts back at school in September.
