Coppett View is a beautiful detached house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen/breakfast room. A light and airy lounge with dining area and open plan staircase, recessed lighting in most of the rooms and a conservatory at the front. There is also a small bedroom/office upstairs, heating is Economy7 and the house is very cosy. Outside are large tiered gardens, driveway with parking for up to four cars and absolutely fabulous views over the River Wye and beyond to Coppett Hill.
The gardens border woodlands at the rear with direct access to a woodland footpath with lovely walks. The gardens are always full of songbirds and there are rabbits, squirrels, deer and foxes - and they all pass through the garden on their way down to the river - it’s truly beautiful. There are two separate patios and both are sun traps with superb views. The only downside is that because there are a number of steps up to the house it is not really suitable for the elderly or infirm.
Nearby are schools, local shops & Post Office, a number of country inns, hotels and retaurants. There are beautiful walks right on your doorstep taking you down to the River Wye and through some lovely woodlands and picnic areas. There are boat trips on the river and also a fun park in the valley with rides, children's play area, indoor and outdoor activities and refreshments.
Coppett View is located halfway between the market towns of Monmouth and Ross-on-Wye and the drive is about 10 minutes to either. Both towns are unique and have a lot to offer, some links for more information are below. |
