	Mrs Davies came to us after having a very frustrating time with her sale. She needed to be out by September and it looked like she wasn't going to manage it. By the time House Express got involved relations with the estate agent had become fraught and Mrs. Davies was at her wits end. House Express was able to complete the sale within just three weeks and now Mrs Davies has the advantage of making an offer on another house - with no "chain" to hold things up.

Charles Clarke
Mr Clarke's mother, Doreen, was no longer able to manage on her own but didn't want to have to move out of her home and into "secure accomodation". Her family did what they could but simply could not afford to pay for the modifications to the house required to make it suitable for the continuing needs of Doreen. Thanks to House Express Doreen is still living in her own home and is able to manage really well. She has recently bought a mobiliy scooter and is now a regular site in the high street doing her weekly shopping.
