Ok - what happens next?

The process couldn't be simpler.

First fill in the enquiry form to register your interest, we will contact you to ask you a few questions about the type of property you have and where it is. Then based on your answers we'll usually provide you with a valuation within 48 hours.
If you like our valuation and want to proceed we will arrange a visit in order to make sure our initial valuation was accurate and also to talk you through the rest of the process. We then ask you to sign a contract, but never when we visit – you'll always have time to consider the offer and get it all checked over by a solicitor if you wish. We can then arrange for you to rent back your property - or it can be a simple sale where you collect your money and move out.
Completion
On completion, your money is paid into your account and ownership of the house passes to House Express. You can remain living there for an ongoing or defined period, by renting back the property from us for a fair monthly rate - and you have immediate access to your money to use in any way you wish.
